From contract details, title searches, purchase agreements and closing statements, to negotiating, conferring with lenders and advertising – the amount of work involved in order to ensure a smooth process when dealing with real estate is quite overwhelming. It is his knowledge, work ethic, and expertise in the real estate industry that keeps the entire process moving smoothly, efficiently and with as little stress to you as possible.

Born and raised in North Kildonan, Mark has lived in Winnipeg his entire life. From a young age he was always taught the importance of being considerate and respectful, and he has always been a hard worker, exceeding expectations in any task he undertook. Watching his grandfather work from dawn to dusk on home renovations for his friends and family spoke volumes as to the acceptable standard of work ethic within the family. This was and continues to be the standard that Mark holds himself to in his work and that he has carried with him his entire life. Mark holds a BA (Hons.) from the Faculty of Education at the University of Winnipeg and his educational and professional experience come together to create a well-rounded skill set that continues to aid him in every client relationship that he develops.
